VA Hospital Meditation Trail

plaque making for the VA Meditation Walk.4The Episcopal Veterans Fellowship met recently at St. Matthews Episcopal Church to begin making plaques for the Veterans Administration Hospital Meditation Trail in Austin. The group is working to produce a dozen plaques with sayings from all the major traditions (Buddhist, Muslim, Jewish, Christian, Hindu…), including several plaques in Spanish. Attendees contributed Challenge Coins for the displays and inspirational quotes that gave them hope during times of trial. The Meditation Trail is located at the Central Texas Veterans Health Care System Austin Outpatient Clinic at 7901 Metropolis Drive, Austin, TX 78744.
